Dear Oda, thanks for this. Yes a little different from Alexandra Pope's 4 divisions... And yes there is a typo.. saison.. the French... Thanks for the feedback on the seasons being not so clear.. any ideas of how to make it clearer would be welcome.. Maybe other people also have some ideas?... That's partly why I am putting out my work in this form, so I can check and recheck!.....and make sure it makes sense!.....But as I say in my videos (have you been on my YouTube channel?) the seasons don't quite work for me.. especially in the late luteal phase and during and after menstruation....

Hi Suzanne thanks for this blog as well. indeed more of your own input, looking at the cycle this way. as it is a bit different from let's say Alexandra Pope 4 devisions that i m used to, so in order to get your way i focused at your table. the first chart the table, most right column isn't that clear cut for me. Seasons ( i think u had spelling mistake there) aren't as well clear cut of course, as in the winter we can have this early spring feeling and then its again cold, and autumn has its late summer high feeling followed by cold days as well. But the flow of seasons as we know isn't clear as the rest of the columns in my eyes.

Dear Suzanne

Your asked for some feedback, so I will try to formulate some thoughts

I like your connections between the different phases of our cycle and the phases we can see in many transformations and projects of our life - for women and men. It's the overlapping and the dynamics between the phases that are especially helpful in understanding complex patterns. The chart you created gives a good picture!

It is useful for accompanying processes (in a professional setting) and I really think that your explanations are good understandable for people who have less background in Chinese philosophy and medicine.

I also like it a lot how you describe patterns always remembering that individuals react differently to these patterns, in time and in space.

One constructive feedback i would have concerning your question in relation to your affirmations: You write 'Can I move beyond any limitations of my ancestors or culture? My English is not that good, but I fall over the any .... it's seems to be to strong and to high of a goal. Culture and socialization have quite a power! So this little word any seems to be a bit too much for me (But it also could be a problem of understanding and not about content :) )

sincerely

Catherine
