In my last post I pondered whether hanging CD’s in my cherry trees would mean that there would be some cherries left for me to eat. Well, happily there are! I just picked the first bowl. I nearly thought they weren’t yet ripe, but they seem to be a variety of white-ish cherry which doesn’t go fully red. I asked ChatGPT what varieties of cherries are like this and there are several, including Queen Anne, Rainier, White Gold and Napoleon. I think mine might be the Rainier cherries, named after Mount Rainier in Washington State where they were developed. Not sure how they arrived here!
I have also just posted a new video on a movement practice for the Linking Vessels. I already had one video on these Vessels, but I wanted to have one which included me using my wings, and emerging from my nest to fly in the sky. Have a look and let me know what you think.
If you want to explore life’s cycles with me, and birth a new you, in the countryside near Brussels, with my friend and colleague Veronique van Outrive, there are only a few places left for September. We look forward to working with you in her sacred garden, using sound, movement and touch practises. You don’t need to be a therapist to attend.

And am busy eating lots of other produce from my garden, like potatoes, peas, beetroot, carrots, radish, chives, strawberries, onions, garlic, as well as the cherries. I hope that you can enjoy whatever you have in the land around you.
